This month, we'll explore the lives and legacies of 28 remarkable women who helped shape Springfield and Missouri—pioneers, activists, artists, and leaders who broke barriers and inspired change. From Native women to suffragettes and Civil Rights leaders, their stories remind us of the courage and creativity it takes to lead.
