Panel Discussion:  “Balancing Act: Navigating Mental Health and Work-Life Balance in Communications through Somatic Information Processing”

Join three local mental health experts to explore the powerful impact of the mind-body connection on mental health and work-life balance. Designed for women in communications, the discussion will unpack how attachment styles shape professional relationships, how somatic psychology can help manage stress, and how adaptive integration processing aids emotional resilience. Attendees will gain practical insights and tools to enhance their well-being, fostering stronger, more balanced careers in the fast-paced world of communications.
